The Annual Partners Meeting 2026 takes place as the newly endorsed 2026-2030 Roadmap sets Call to Action’s direction for the next five years. The 2026-2030 Roadmap works towards two outcomes. The first is an advocacy outcome, focused on ensuring that GBV prevention, risk mitigation, and response are systematically prioritised and integrated into humanitarian planning and action through coordinated, survivor-centred efforts. The second is a financing outcome, aimed at making funding for GBV programming more predictable, accessible, and flexible, with a measurable and growing share reaching WLOs. The 2026-2030 Roadmap places an increased emphasis on the role of WLOs as central to locally led GBV programming and the advancement of gender equality, and the importance of ensuring WLOs holding decision-making power and influence within humanitarian processes and decisions.
Objectives
The Annual Partners Meeting 2026 will bring the Call to Action’s tripartite membership together to:
Reflect on lessons and takeaways from the 2021-2025 Roadmap period, including what worked, what did not, and where the Call to Action should place greater emphasis.
Agree on how partners can collectively deliver on the commitments set out in the 2026-2030 Roadmap, including through new working modalities such as task teams or other collaborative approaches.
Explore how to broaden and diversify the donor base for GBV programming, including by engaging non-traditional and emerging funding actors.
Strengthen connections with complementary global platforms, initiatives, and actors whose engagement could amplify the Call to Action’s collective impact.
