2026 Annual Partners Meeting

Oslo, Norway | October 13 – 14, 2026

The Annual Partners Meeting 2026 takes place as the newly endorsed 2026-2030 Roadmap sets Call to Action’s direction for the next five years. The 2026-2030 Roadmap works towards two outcomes. The first is an advocacy outcome, focused on ensuring that GBV prevention, risk mitigation, and response are systematically prioritised and integrated into humanitarian planning and action through coordinated, survivor-centred efforts. The second is a financing outcome, aimed at making funding for GBV programming more predictable, accessible, and flexible, with a measurable and growing share reaching WLOs. The 2026-2030 Roadmap places an increased emphasis on the role of WLOs as central to locally led GBV programming and the advancement of gender equality, and the importance of ensuring WLOs holding decision-making power and influence within humanitarian processes and decisions.

Objectives

The Annual Partners Meeting 2026 will bring the Call to Action’s tripartite membership together to:

  • Build a shared understanding of how the current humanitarian landscape is reshaping GBV, and of the Call to Action’s added value within it.

  • Discuss how partners can collectively deliver on the commitments set out in the 2026-2030 Roadmap.

  • Identify ways to shift power and resources towards locally led GBV responses and to engage new actors who could help mobilise greater support for GBV in emergencies.
